Darkblade Systems is sponsoring the 2019 Thunderbird Road Race in Colorado Springs, CO, on Sunday, 8 September, 2019.
Darkblade Systems is supporting COS Racing, which is hosting the annual Colorado State Senior & Junior Road Race championships held at the United States Air Force Academy.
2018’s event saw more than 300 racers participate in more than 15 unique racing categories. The 2019 Darkblade Systems Thunderbird Road Race is on the same 8.8 circuit course at the U.S. Air Force Academy, which includes an approximate 750 feet climb per lap.

This year’s Colorado State Senior and Junior Road Race Championship will be held on the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. This year’s race is sponsored by Darkblade Systems of Colorado and Virginia. The race will take place on a challenging hilly circuit around the northern end of the Academy on a spectator-friendly with multiple great vantage points from which to watch the action. Pros, Seniors, Masters, and Juniors (13 and Over) will race on an 8.8-mile circuit around the cadet area. Younger Juniors will compete on a shorter 3.3-mile route near the start/finish area. The race venue offers ample parking for racers and spectators.
