Darkblade Systems Teaming with Shenandoah University on Virtual and Augmented Reality Training Solutions

June 2020

Darkblade Systems is teaming and collaborating with Shenandoah University’s Shenandoah Center for Immersive Learning (SCiL) to pioneer the creation of immersive human-based mixed-reality learning experiences and immersive virtual/augmented reality (VR/AR) work environments.

Darkblade Systems and SCiL are combining the power of story with the use of innovative mixed/cross reality tools and techniques to create immersive experiences. Through the implementation of story-based experiences, our team transforms ideas into living experiences enabling users to expand accessibility and transcend geographical barriers.

Our team fosters human-to-human connectivity by enabling visceral learning and collaborative mixed/cross reality simulated and real-world first-person work environments. Using our story-based mixed/cross reality capabilities, instructors can tailor realistic and relevant training situations where student viscerally feel a sense of presence within the experience, at a fraction of the cost associated with in-person meetings or real-world training.
